ORDERING
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.  You can safely enter your credit card via our secure server.  We encrypt all submitted information.  The CVV2 safety information on  your credit card will be asked for for your protection. 
GIFT WRAP
As a special service to you BabysFirstGiftBasket will hand wrap all your gifts FREE OF CHARGE.  If a gift can not be wrapped there will be no option for this service when you checkout. 
SHIPPING
 
We try to ship your gift as quickly as possible; usually within 1-2 business days.  For personalized items allow 3-4 business days for item to be shipped. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
 
If several items are ordered all items will be shipped at the same time unless a specific request is made to ship separately.
 
If you have provided an email address with your order you will receive 2 emails.  The first email confirms your order.  The second email confirms your shipment.
 
We ship out the majority of non-personalized gifts within 1 to 2 business days, many times the same day.  Our shipping rates reflect the total price of the order.  If using a discount or sale price the final product price determines the shipping rate.
The shipping charges are as follows:
 
          ~ 0-$30 = $5.95
          ~ $31-$70 = $6.95
          ~ $71-$100 = $8.95
          ~ $101-$149 = $12.95
          ~ $150plus = Free Shipping
 
We ship ground via DHL, UPS and FedEx.  Your order will arrive within 1-5 business days of shipment. We do not ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, overseas or to PO Boxes and to certain APO addresses. 
 
TRACKING--For your convenience, when your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your order online.  DHL, UPS and FedEx allow you to track your order while enroute.
RETURNS
 
New merchandise can be returned at the recipient's expense, within 30 day of shipping, for store credit or refund of the product(s) purchase price unless otherwise noted.  They will be credited/refunded minus what the actual shipping charge was.  Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
 
          ~ The product is undamaged and 100% within it's original packaging and tags.
          ~ It has not been personalized in any way.
          ~ All original receipts and invoices accompany the purchase.
          ~ A Return Authorization* has been provided from  BabysFirstGiftBasket.
